MacKinzie was so wonderful to work with for our trip to San Diego. It was our first time traveling with our toddlers and she was super helpful, even sending me travel tips which I appreciated. She reached out the night before making sure we didn’t need anything additional and confirming arrangements and flight infoormation. Our needs changed and she was super flexible and understanding. She was willing to pick one of the items up at a different location and time than previously discussed which made our trip so much easier! Before drop off she confirmed our flight information and sent a map of where to meet and there was constant communication. Both pick up and drop off were so easy! We had such a great experience with this stroller rental! The owner was incredibly nice, flexible, and so accommodating from start to finish. We used the stroller for our Disney trip, and it worked perfectly! Super easy to use, a really smooth ride, and tons of storage space and cup holders (a lifesaver at the parks!). She even sent a video showing exactly how to use the stroller, which was so thoughtful and helpful. The pricing was very fair and appropriate for the quality and convenience. Highly recommend renting from her!

Her level of service goes far beyond anything we’ve experienced with any other provider. She has primarily helped us in the Temecula area when we visit family, but on our most recent trip, this time to Disneyland, I still felt inclined to reach out to her for a recommendation. The week of travel, she checked in ahead of time and even suggested I contact the hotel to arrange access so she could set up the cribs before our arrival. I’ve always appreciated her consistent communication, checking in before delivery, arranging pick-up, and being responsive every step of the way. Day of arrival, after a 7-hour drive with a 2-year-old and a 1-year-old, we walked into our hotel room to find the cribs fully set up and ready to go, what a relief that is! She even sent a photo while we were en route to confirm the placement. When we returned home from our trip we realized we’d left something in the stroller, MacKinzie didn’t hesitate to offer to ship it to us, and sent it that same day. She is amazing! MacKinzie's equipment is clean, high-quality, and clearly well cared for, which is incredibly important to us and she has a huge selection of products. She’s flexible, accommodating, thoughtful, and extremely professional. It’s obvious she takes great pride in her business. And honestly, the way she treats you makes you feel like you’re her only customer.
