Jennifer's groups are amazing. I have been in her Support Group for Mother's twice with my first two babies and will definitely go back for #3. She is incredibly knowledgeable and for someone like me that prefers an attachment focused gentle approach she was literally perfect. She offered me consult and referred me to resources out of the group too. She was really great and I met some wonderful East Bay moms who are still friends :) Highly recommend.
The mother’s group was such a wonderful experience and Jennifer is an amazing facilitator. I looked forward to every meeting of our moms group and it was great to have a safe space where we could discuss any topic in depth. It gave me a group of moms who I trust and have formed amazing bonds of friendship with! Highly recommend for any new mother

Jennifer facilitated a warm, caring, comprehensive and informative environment where I felt at ease sharing the truth of my experience. It's incredibly valuable to see the same women each week and bond together as your babies grow. I would sign up for this support group over and over. I wish I had found it with baby #1! Highly recommend this group to any new moms out there! I did my breastfeeding, baby care, and birthing class with Jennifer and was thrilled to continue the journey with her postpartum. She is a warm, empathetic, inclusive facilitator and does an excellent job fostering connections between new moms. Jennifer’s mom group is wonderful! I participated in her group for second and third time moms and am so glad I did. Her group felt so grounding and comforting during a time of total chaos (not to mention it gave me a reason to leave the house!). Jennifer is warm, knowledgeable, and does a lovely job at facilitating a group where everyone gets a chance to share and get to know each other. I especially appreciated her emphasis on making sure we all had the option to meet regularly outside of the group in order to continue building a great community of moms. She is an encyclopedia of knowledge about infants, feeding, pelvic floor recovery, and referrals to other providers, basically all things postpartum. I highly recommend her groups!!
