Worst experience. Dont buy this them work is just reject the claim not doing proper verification not giving call back to client just rejecting the claim again n again without no reason. My big mistake is i renewd this policy because i havnt use the services last year. This year i used and i got to know how worst service they are giving
I will be discontinuing my policy at the next renewal and will not recommend your services to anyone, as this company has proven to be unreliable in times of real need. People purchase insurance for protection and peace of mind, not to face such insensitive handling of genuine claims.
Don’t buy policy from Care health insurance. They are fooling people. Also they are denying policy stating predisease not mentioned even if we ask him to update in the policy. Waste of money.

Probably the worst Health Insurance. I am facing trouble booking my health check up, the online portal is pathetic and keeps on going in a never ending loop. I called here and a person answered. I requested him that I need to book my health check up and I am unable to do so, he said he is on a tea break and asked me to call after 10 mins. Its been an hour now, the person is just not answering. Such sorry state of affairs, worst experience ever
