I recently got my nail extensions done by Miss Nim Raisingh and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Nim worked with great care, especially while buffing, to ensure I was comfortable throughout. She met the design brief beautifully and kept communicating with me during the process to deliver just what I had envisioned. I would gladly recommend her expertise and craftsmanship to anyone looking for a wonderful nail experience.
Has to be the worst experience I've ever had at a salon and this happened YESTERDAY! I asked for lash extensions - this being my first time, I wasn't entirely sure of how the process went about. Poonam didn't even allow me to ask questions, she kept interrupting me and nor did she show me proper pictures of what the final results would look like.. she said she had deleted the photos! I still trusted that this being a known salon in Infiniti mall, they'd know what they're doing.. but Oh boy! Was I wrong!! She kept sticking my top lashes with the bottom lashes and then was pulling them apart very hardly and it was really painful. Once the procedure got done, I was in a lot of pain. I couldn't even open my eyes cause the amount of superglue used on my them made it so clunky, that it kept poking into my eyes. Poonam said that it will eventually stop hurting once it dried. And obviously it didn't! It was so painful that I had to go to another salon the very next day (which is today for me) to completely remove the lashes cause it hurt so badly. And even after two rounds of soaking the lashes, the glue is still not off completely. So Thank you Tip & Toe -_- PS. Apparently the treatment cost for this service was Rs. 5000 and I got a season discount so I had to pay Rs. 2600 instead. (Which is appalling - for a horrendous service that only took 20 mins and) I also asked for gel nail polish and Poonam again was my nail tech. And I asked for a very simple leaf design and a bow on two nails. It shocked me to see that she couldn't even get a simple bow design done. She had to call another artist to do the bow.. and the other artist also did a terrible job. I left with only the leaf design which was also badly done and I paid around Rs. 2200 for this as well. Needless to say, I had to get that leaf design nail fixed at another salon today. Terrible terrible experience - will never go there again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
Extremely disappointed with the way this salon is managed. The salon manager, Shaheen, showed absolutely poor coordination and zero professionalism. My appointment was confirmed in advance, yet I was made to wait for 2 hours. After all that waiting, the manager casually said the appointment could not happen because she “had called me.” For the record, I saw one missed call at 4:12 PM, and I was physically at the salon by 4:17 PM. She was supposed to call me at 4:00 PM, which she clearly did not. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed the customer. The behaviour was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. This is not how appointments or clients are handled. Complete waste of time. Never going back again.

After wasting my time, the manager suddenly says the appointment cannot be honoured because she “called me.” Reality check: there was one missed call at 4:12 PM, and I was at the salon by 4:17 PM. Her attitude was rude, arrogant, and dismissive, as if customers’ time has no value. This level of mismanagement is unacceptable for any professional establishment. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. Total waste of time. Will never visit this salon again and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking an appointment here.
I had a haircut and hair spa with Suhail at Tip & Toe Malad at Infinity Mall and the experience was absolutely wonderful. He gave me a beautiful haircut that I truly loved, and the head massage during the hair spa was amazing — so relaxing and soothing. Suhail is skilled, gentle, and really understands what suits you. Highly recommended!
