I have referred some 15 neonates in last 5 years and all successfully managed well. Also I have been advised whenever I called Dada. One special case I will mention of Titilagarh where he managed very well of 28 weeks around 700 GM's and kept the male baby for almost 25 days and discharged them when the baby attained 1500 gms. Two main usp of Dada is he very dedicated to his profession with proper counselling and he never keeps baby unnecessarily and discharges baby whenever they can be maintained in local setup.
