Today's visit was good.dr.shraddha is explained me all things very clearly.solved our queries properly.and hospital is also very clean and having bappa temple is positive feeled.
I am currently taking consultation from senior doctors and fertility specialists at Progenesis. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable, polite, and provide excellent guidance. The entire medical and support staff is also courteous and helpful. However, the major concern is the appointment management system. Despite being given a specific time slot, patients are almost always required to wait for 2–3 hours during every visit. This is not an occasional delay but happens consistently. As a working professional, it becomes very difficult to manage such long waiting hours. Even after informing the staff about time constraints or emergencies, and being assured that the consultation will be on time, the waiting period still extends significantly. On one occasion, I requested to prepone my 4 PM appointment to 3 PM due to another commitment. I was assured that it would be managed accordingly. However, I was attended for the scan only around 4:30 PM and consultation around 5 PM. I would have preferred being told honestly if it wasn’t possible to accommodate the earlier timing rather than being asked to come and then wait. I truly appreciate the quality of medical care here, but I sincerely hope the appointment scheduling system can be improved to provide more practical and realistic time slots. This would make the overall patient experience much better.
Overall our experience was good.even housekeeping staff properly given us tea and water.reception staff are very nice to talk.hopsital was really very clean and hygienic.mnje aapan hospital la jato but progenesis chi service khup chaan ahe
