Extremely pathetic person !!!!! We had a contract of 11 months, for which we paid 21000/-as agency fees for the 24 hours maid. Fortunately the maid turned out to be good. However, She had to leave in between due to marriage pressure from her family. She gave us good time of more than a month to arrange for alternative, but Naveen (the owner) stopped picking up our calls, and didn't respond to whatsapp msgs. We also requested our maid to speak to him, and when she called him, he said that it was her to blame, she should not leave before 11 months, and because of her, he is not getting additional money which he could have earned again from us. Later we came to know that he has this typical pattern , he has done the same with another reference that I had given . He will not honour any contract that he has signed. My wife has also given her feedback on Google reviews, to which he has written nasty messages to me over whatsapp, saying that " teri aukaat hi nahi hai, maid rakhne k liye....... etc etc ...." much more... , which I cant even write on this chat. Beware of this ill-mannered person, plus ZERO replacement.

I have been interacting with Navin for more than 4 years. He is very high on customer service and has provided good nannies. He is prompt in addressing concerns. Based on my experience I have recommended him to others and they too have had a good experience with him.
We hired a nanny through Getbai under a contract that promised up to three replacements at no extra cost if the nanny left. Our first nanny left after four months, and although her work was satisfactory, she often mentioned her displeasure with the owner, Naveen, due to his rude and arrogant behavior. Unfortunately, we encountered the same unprofessionalism. Naveen failed to provide us with a replacement as promised, instead coming up with excuses to avoid fulfilling his contractual obligations. He blatantly lied, cheated, and ultimately refused to return our money or provide the replacement nanny. He went so far as to block us from any further communication. What’s even more troubling is that he seems to prey on parents’ vulnerabilities, knowing how much we depend on trustworthy care for our children. He exploits this need, showing no sense of responsibility, and is only interested in the initial payment, with no intention of delivering on his promises. I strongly urge other parents to stay away from Getbai. Naveen’s behavior is unprofessional and dishonest, and he cannot be trusted with the care of your children.
