I have been doing yoga with Anisha since 7months. I was not able to sit down properly but today I can sit. Used to get cramps in leg now after doing yoga with her my muscles have strengthen and don't get cramps. Inspite of being online class she pays lot of attention to all her students. She has lot of knowledge not only of yoga but diet and nutrition. Thankyou Anisha.

Absolutely brilliantly Anisha is an outstanding yoga teacher carrying a strong sense of discipline and proactiveness in her approach. She goes to the extent of supporting each of her students individually . Love attending her classes.

Excellent teacher.She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. She also pays individual attention to people in the class.my back was very stiff specially when it comes to ashtang and backward bending. I feel so much improvement. Thank you so much mam
