The doctor is knowledgeable and provides good consultation. However, the overall management and appointment system need significant improvement. Appointments are not handled efficiently. Regardless of the scheduled time, there are consistent delays of at least two hours. What’s more frustrating is that the delay is not communicated clearly upfront. Instead, it is conveyed in stages—first informing patients of a one-hour delay, and then extending it by another hour later. Additionally, the front desk staff seem to have limited clarity regarding consultation and renewal fees, as these details are explained directly by the doctor. This adds to the waiting time and creates confusion. Improving communication and streamlining the appointment and billing process would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.
The doctor is quite good and polite but the women managing the appointments are extremely inefficient. We were told to wait for 1 hour and when 1 hour was past, she asked us to wait for 1 more hour and when we asked why waiting time estimate has so much discrepancy, she said it is 2+ hours of waiting and can't be predicted. Even after two hours, we didn't get our turn and we had to return home as child was extremely hungry by then. If waiting time can't be even roughly predicted, why did she say 1 hour in the first place when it took more than 2.5 hours of waiting. In this much time, you can visit Hiranandani Hospital Powai and come back, they are much faster. Even when I asked the fees she said I don't know, doctor will tell, I was surprised that the receptionist doesn't have a fixed fee for followup within X number of days. These should be set as rules and fees must be managed by that. Why would the doctor invest his time case by case by deciding the fees? The receptionist just sounded clueless about everything. If she doesn't know anything, what's her job? The fees is 1500 per visit. I think it's slightly higher than other hospitals so the clinic must invest some amount in keeping an efficient appointment booking system, either an efficient person or an app, else they would lose patients like this.

Dr Deep is one of the best Pediatricians I have ever met. Even the staff is very courteous. The best part is they are just a phone call away , 24*7 u can contact. Ur child is in safe hands if treated here. This clinic really makes the child feel at ease instead of crying n panicking.Had an experience with Dr Bhakti at the clinic and the way she calmed my child and assured me about the right treatment and their availability was just fabulous. After talking to her I felt totally Tension free.
Extremely extremely happy with the prompt responses from doctor and his team. Always here to the rescue for every doubt. Dr. Deep answers every question with alot of patience and explains wonderfully. Will definitely recommend to every new mom, doctor and his team are on point with their diagnosis and solutions. My newborn and i are extremely happy.
