I visited Dr. Barish Khan’s clinic recently and while the doctor was good, I was disappointed with the behavior of the lady assistant at the reception. It’s a children’s clinic, so some noise from kids is expected, but she was constantly scolding and asking everyone to stay silent in a rude manner. A children’s clinic should have a more patient and understanding environment. I hope this is taken into consideration for a better experience in the future.
The behaviour of the lady assistant is very rude... Scolding kids if they make noise or cry...many parents have complained about her to the doctor and doctor knows everything about her behaviour still doesn't take any action such a ill-mannered lady
Very Good Doctor. No multiple visits require, he make sure that your child gets the right treatment. One of the best Doctor in the vacinity. Charges- anything between Rs. 800 to Rs. 1500 ° However Pathetic management: 1) One has to wait for hours in the clinic, after taking an appointment as well. No one bothers for your Time. If you are an office goer then Your whole days will be wasted. 2) Operator outside, do not pick up call for appointment and in case if she picks, she will pretend as there is no appointment available. While waiting in the clinic- I have seen her doing it with everyone who calls. She behaves like a Babu in the Govt office. Pathetic behaviour. My Request to the Doctor- Operator needs basic management tricks and empathy.
Dr Basheer khan is undoubtedly a very good doctor but unfortunately he's extremely busy to see your children and the lady outside is trained to be extremely rude and unpolite.i have been trying to take appointment for my son from last 3 days but failed as the phone is either switched off or MTNL line is not working so I personally visited the clinic with my sick son who has high fever and cold and requested the lady to please accommodate my son and get us an appointment we will wait until the very end but to no mercy we were denied as sir is too busy.... What happened to your oath doctor? what's more important than not attending a pateint at your door?
Such a pathetic lady who answered my call for appointment; inspite of pleading and requesting her that my child is down wd 103 temperature still denied appointment and was talking soo rudely asking me to get my child after 2 days;; is these the way someone behaves in emergency situations Worst worst worst
