Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the inadequate facilities provided at your hospital. During my recent visit, I observed that there were insufficient chairs available for patients and attendants. Many people, including elderly patients, were forced to stand for long periods, which caused significant discomfort and inconvenience and your nursing staff is so good and experienced. They are good serve our people. Additionally, there was no proper drinking water facility available. Access to clean drinking water is a basic necessity, especially in a hospital where patients and visitors may need it urgently. I kindly request that immediate action be taken to improve the seating arrangements and ensure the availability of safe drinking water for everyone. I am from Balod. I admitted my wife in umeed health care hospital for delivery of child.The all procedure is very frequently and easy. During the treatment all staff is very helpful and cooperative.Time to time Check up and reply of the staff is very Good and polite. Food service is also available at minimum cost. The environment of health care is very positive and clean. The have taken the private room.The services under this room is very adequate AC,Hot water,TV Remot sensing Fan. Must visit. Excellent

I, Mr. Vasant Kumar Sinha, was treated for a distal fibula fracture by Dr. Abhishek Lodge at Umeed Healthcare Multispecialty Hospital, Siwani. I'm feeling well now. The doctors and staff are very nice. I faced one problem in the hospital, there are no bathrooms and toilets around the wards and they are less in number as compared to the number of people.
