When I went in for highlights after almost a decade I had some inhibitions on how the colour will look on me but was totally BLOWN AWAY with the fantastic results....full credits to Sanjog and Sonali for there convincing power, they even did a tiny patch test to finally decide on the exact colour for me which showed me professionalism and the result is my fabulous looking hair. I feel 10 years younger and am in love with my hair. Thank you team Bodycraft for always providing the best services.
Got my hair colour done from sanjog at the Chembur branch of body craft. He was excellent. Super patient and has good knowledge on his work. He took the time out to patiently choose the colour I wanted and delivered great results. Super happy with his service
Visited on sunday for white secret basic facial.. tbh not worth it.. I barely have any skin concerns except for discoloration and pigmentation. I searched online and got to know about body crafts' white secret basic facial and I kinda wanted to have a glow up before 2025 so yeah I booked an appointment. They cancelled and rescheduled it an hour to 4 days later. However I don't mind it, I went there and had my first facial that was barely worth a 1000, they charged me 3050(3464 with gst) for such a basic facial that I can do at home without any help. they didn't even have a proper steamer, instead they used a wet hot towel and it was burning hot. Although the massage was relaxing and I took a nap while having my massage, but that was not the goal of the facial in the first place(as mentioned in the description it has to target pigmentation). I came back home paying 3k for that crappy experience. My discoloration got even worse the day after(I don't even have sensitive skin)
Dear Bodycraft Management, I am writing regarding my prepaid skin treatment package (4 microneedling sessions and 2 filler sessions) for which I paid approximately 87,000 rupees. After completing only 1 session, my subsequent appointments have been repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled over the past 3 months. I’ve received multiple conflicting explanations including machine malfunctions and staff changes. Due to these excessive delays and poor communication, I have been forced to seek treatment elsewhere with another dermatologist. Therefore, I am formally requesting a full refund for all unused sessions. I will be visiting your clinic in person today evening to resolve this matter. Please have the appropriate manager available to process my refund. I’ve attempted to resolve this through your customer support (Kathirvel) without success. As a long-standing Bodycraft customer with an existing hair service membership, I’m disappointed by this experience with your skin clinic. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly without the need for me to pursue remedies through consumer court or public reviews. I expect a resolution during my visit today. Piyush Soni
Had a faaaab haircut from Vashum in Chembur. He was so professional. Very quick and efficient too. He understood my requirement perfectly well. And unlike other places, did not push for any extra services / treatments. I truly appreciate that. Loved the blow dry too
