During my recent observation visit, I was thoroughly impressed by the operations at the Sunshine Child Development Centre. From a clinical perspective, the facility was impeccably clean and organized, demonstrating excellent adherence to hygiene and infection control standards, which is paramount in a shared childcare setting. Beyond the physical environment, the staff-child interactions were outstanding; the teachers displayed exceptional patience and professional attentiveness, ensuring every child's physical and emotional needs were quickly met. The consistent application of safety protocols alongside a visibly nurturing atmosphere confirms that Sunshine CDC prioritizes the holistic well-being and secure development of every young learner.
The Science Day celebrated at the school was exhilarating and not only the students displayed their creations but there was more of learning and takeaways for the parents. The demo given by the students were stupendous and their participation shows their abilities. I particularly liked the versatility of the projects of each class and the different kinds of "Water Dispenser" innovated. Kudos to all the teachers who made it possible...
This is our second year enlisting our daughter in Sunshine’s army, and we had absolutely no concerns about her comfort, safety and cooperation at the summer camp for children with special needs. Sunshine has always been about coming up with different ways to bring about the true potential of our children, and the different activities conducted this year were very enjoyable for our daughter. Her teachers informed us that she had a blast! The mud track, fire drill, first aid training, wall painting and ironing activities were our favourites. Thank you Sunshine team for giving our children an excellent opportunity to learn outside the classroom (while having fun), and for giving us the opportunity to see them grow in all spheres of life year after year!
Sunshine Child Development Center is an amazing school for children with special needs. Sunshine CDC recently organised a summer camp for children with special needs and it turned out to be a wonderful experience for my daughter, Aditi. There were well thought activities for the children, a blend of fun and learning including a trek experience. The children made new friends and had an independent functioning experience. The staff made visible efforts to take good care of the kids and the parents got a daily update of the activities performed by the kids. A must have experience for children with special needs.
This summer, my child attended Sunshine summer school camp for children with special needs and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. As a parent of a child with special needs, finding a supportive, inclusive, and well-equipped camp is always a priority—and Sunshine truly delivered on all fronts. Accommodations & Inclusivity: The camp is fully accessible, with thoughtful accommodations tailored to each child’s needs. The one-on-one support staff assigned to our child was experienced, kind, and clearly passionate about their role. Food & Nutrition: The meals were not only nutritious and kid-friendly but also customized to accommodate allergies and food sensitivities. Every camper had access to safe, well-labeled meal options, and staff monitored everything carefully. Overall Environment: The camp provided a structured but fun routine, blending sensory-friendly activities with outdoor play, arts and crafts, and nature walks. She came home with stories, crafts, and a smile. More importantly, they made new friends. Conclusion: Overall it has been a great experience and is recommended to anyone who wants to enrol in such activities.
