Meals are quite decent. Usually, tiffin services use a lot of soda but I did not expereince it in their meals. Taste was really nice and soothening. Oil usage was minimal / controlled. The only challenge is Tiffin delivery. Since live tracking is not available yet, it becomes bit difficult to take the delivery and managing the meetings in office but that is managable. The most important feature for me is their flexibility. When I book 5 meals with them, I can utilize whenever I need - just need to inform them in advance.
I've used their food service for nearly a year, whilst recovering from a medical injury that caused me to limit multiple food sources like dairy, grains, pulses. It felt impossible to be able to get a meal that would meet my wide dietary requirements, be edible, and be affordable to sustain for the long term that this is expected to be. Balanced Meal has met that requirement, a 100 times over! Their meal plan meets every single dietary requirement and allergies, they are very prompt in adapting to any meal changes - them not being rigid to one plan for the whole month has seriously been the biggest boon! I also really appreciate all the food guidance and options they give - the fact that I was eating delicious meals despite excluding roti, rice, dal, - is a testament to Balanced Meal's commitment to feeding the best food for each customer that doesn't make them feel they're missing out on 'regular' food. Their food is like home, maybe a little better for it's made keeping only your dietary requirements in mind :)
Balanced Meal is my go-to lunch at work, always. Whether it’s a hectic day or I just need something wholesome, Azima and her team are instantly there. The variety, the nutrition, the taste - consistently impressive. A solid 10/10, every time. Truly grateful for the care they put into every meal.
Writing this after experimenting with Food Darzee and Vital Foods, I found BM the best for me as I am opting for a Diet Meal. I need to have my dinner soon by 7-7:30PM, and Balanced Meal has delivered sooner for me on priority. Very customer centric approach. Food is delicious and healthy; I love how the salads are made especially as I write this review finishing my cup of rajma salad. BM makes even salads yum. Shall share pics soon. Everyday there is a new variety. Results are I am losing weight.
I ordered a high protein full veg meal and paid 350. Instead i faced the following issues - 1. Food was delivered late and there was no communication at all of it being delivered. O had to keep following up with them 2. Instead of high protein full veg meal, they sent me mini meal 3. Even in the mini meal, soup did not taste like homemade at all. Infact i am pretty sure it was made from ready to cook packets as it tasted exactly like that. Also there was sugar in it, so not a healthy meal 4. Veg salad was good but no paneer so i cannot guarantee they had provided protein rich meal 5. The refunded me the balance amount A very bad experience. Not at all recommended
