Worst experience ever I don't want to give one star it's zero what I want to give waste of money Hot shower bath just with cold water Staff was yawing during giving massage and just moving her hand without any pressure Will never go again

Horrendous place with the most pathetic, rude and ignorant Manager. We had opted for a medium pressure swedish massage but the masseuse is completely unaware and randomly starts just rubbing oil and when we told them what were they doing they said you have a normal thai massage.. there was a cost difference to both and the manager had different anger issues not ready to take any feedback and the masseuse were bad very bad.. I would say the place is not a normal spa place for Mumbai and the website is a gimmick.. wasted our time more than the money..

We had a couples massage which was decent. But there was also a peeping hole in the wall?! Overall we didn’t feel safe and I think the 5 stars review are not accurate
