Polite staff, clean rooms good nursing facilities. We can improve in services for IPD patients by providing facilities of delivery of blood samples and medicines by hospital staff. Have a advance deposited and every billing to be done at the end of discharge. Only 3 TPA tie-up is there need to enroll in many other insurance so that cashless facility can be enjoyed by the patients.

The treatment in this hospital is fine, but the way they exploit people in the name of children's treatment is not right. I also got my child treated here under the Ayushman scheme. All tests are available in this hospital, but the staff claim that the tests are done outside, so extra charges need to be paid. For my child's ear test, they charged ₹1000, saying that an external doctor would come, but instead, a nurse came and conducted the test. They charge such a high amount even for a nurse. Moreover, the behavior of the doctors and staff here is not good. A government hospital is a thousand times better than this one. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hospital. Bal Gopal Hospital is a much better option than this one.
