This is the first time I am doing yoga, I must say this was best decision of my life. I can feel I am getting stronger from inside. Kudos to Manisha Ma’am, she is amazing. From last 10 years I am doing gym, but yoga made be feel stronger. Now it’s been just 3 weeks, God know’s what I will feel after 2 3 months
My experience with Rutuyog was fabulous. I have completed my Therapeutic Yoga Certification course under the guidance of Kavita. Her lessons were well structured.She is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Her voice while instructing is very calm & settled. I joined Therapeutic Yoga class for my DR. It has really helped me to say good bye to Mummy tummy.. also it has helped my core to get strengthened. Kavita Mam's teaching style was very great.. she noticed details of posture while doing each Asana.. i enjoyed each session of course.
Kavita is teaching yoga to all of very enthusiastically, patiently, with detailing and calmly. She is checking each posture and striving for the correctness. She is providing advise to each one of us considering every ones strength and limitations. Her observations in online yoga class are so keen and minute about everybody. Every day we observed variations in the yoga poses with explanation of benefits as well as harms if the posture is not done correctly. I am enjoying each day and eager to do the variations in the yoga poses. I am feeling so calm,happy and motivated throughout the day. There is lot of positive energy and happy hormones creation due to this class. Due to meditation I am feeling and able to concentrating on breathing which is stabiliser for the mind,soul as well as body..... Thanks a lot Kavita...and keep it up... Now almost 2 years with Kavita freshen up myself everyday...
