Extremely Disappointimg , painful. I took services from mom kid care. The agent Akriti had been initially fine but later when needed replacements extremely rude, and not considerate at all to customers needs. On multiple attempts to talk to seniors, she never gave any contact . We are paying to the agency, not a perticular person. We have full rights to contact senior people also. She gave numbers of her friends Pooja , Charu and all of them just painfully avoided calls or even attempts for new renewal. I have been trying to connect with a senior person since long and there is no worosn who can take grievances. As customer, we have full rights . This agency just had been very very disgusting and wasted too much of time only to connect to another person. All junior team is not bothered about the company's reputation andseniors I feel aren't bothered to check on their juniors if things are working fine. Customer Satisfaction 0
