We visited this pediatrician for an emergency check-up for our daughter when she had a fever of 103–104°F. We called around 12 PM and were given an appointment for 3 PM. After waiting for three hours, we still weren’t seen. Before our appointment, the doctor left the clinic for an emergency and promised to return in 20 minutes, but didn’t come back even after 45 minutes. Our daughter was very sick, and we had no choice but to take her to another doctor. The clinic seemed poorly managed, with 40–50 patients waiting and no proper system in place. It was concerning that the doctor didn’t prioritize patient safety or take accountability for the delay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this doctor.
Receptionist is too rude and they don't know how to deal with the family and patients. Rest doctor is quite good but my baby has only runny nose and I went to the clinic. Dr. gave 2 syrups that make my baby cough and cold more severe then I went again and he had given 2 more syrups means daily I have to give 4 syrups to 11 months baby He's the best doctor but sometimes he treats all the patients equally like everyone has same problem and gives same medicine. Medicines are also too high in cost
A very good and experienced doctor. Examines patients with patience. I found him very helpful to diagnose my child. Also charges fairly and suggests medicene which are really required. Light medications were suggested in my case. Bhilai'ians , The people like me, who can't afford wasting their too much time, waiting for Dr Rajkumar, and need genuine consent. I would recommend Dr Rajeev Kaura to them. Very genuine and experienced doctor.
Receptionist so rude and patient misbehaviour I request change staff
I found the staff too rude...Any doctor should be compassionate..courteous and empathetic..which I found lacking here.. The reports of my kiddo had infection which was declared normal by the Doctor.. I called him for follow up but he didn't respond
