Not a very considerate doctor, to say the least! Happy to not have been operated under her after being associated with her for almost my entire pregnancy! Avoid if you must, better departments and doctors in Mumbai than those at this facility. UPDATE: To the inaccurate and again super inconsiderate response to this medical professional. It is deeply disheartening and frankly shameful to see a doctor at such a branded hospital display such a complete lack of humanity and professional ethics. My experience with Dr. Neha was nothing short of abandonment harassment during what should have been the most delicate time of my life. The doctor has the audacity to label me 'casual' about my pregnancy, completely ignoring the physical and emotional trauma I was enduring. For two months, I was restricted by a severe leg injury that made it physically impossible to visit the clinic—not out of choice, but out of necessity. Coupled with a dental emergency that put immense pressure on me, I was struggling to stay afloat. Instead of empathy, I received judgment. Regarding the 'free advice' she claims to have provided: If you are so driven by money that you resent answering a patient's queries via WhatsApp, you should have simply stated your consultation fee or refused to answer. To provide advice and then use it as a weapon to call a patient 'cheap' or 'casual' is a new low in medical ethics. I have full documentation and proof of payment for every single scan and formal consultation; to imply otherwise is a blatant lie to cover her own lack of care. In case you want me to furbish those here, I have no issues. The most telling part of this ordeal is her reaction when I faced a complication in another city. Instead of being concerned for the safety of the mother and child, her response made it clear that her only grievance was missing out on a surgery fee and that the couple can travel back despite attending critical time. It is transparent that she wanted me to deliver under her simply to 'mint money,' and since she couldn't, she has resorted to attacking my character. Calling a pregnant woman 'casual' while she is fighting through injuries and complications is not just unprofessional—it’s sick. To any mother-to-be looking for a supportive, ethical, and empathetic environment: stay far away from here. You are just a transaction to her, not a human being. A doctor who lacks a heart is a danger to her profession. What's beyond ridiculous is that her team managing my patient profile calls me up much after my delivery elsewhere asking to please join for another antenatal session where the damned facility charges Rs 30 for a preservative-packed juice tetrapack and a small packet of sugar-coated biscuits in addition to a fees for which they can't even provide complete counselling. The lactation consultant in my last session easily missed out and did not bother to call us to make for it. You may well imagine with this, the heights to which this facility and their staff is capable of providing "care" in the name of such sessions. AVOID. IGNORE. REPORT if needed. That's what this gynaecology team befits.
