Bookmybai assigned Ruksar who was helpful and understood exactly what we were looking for in a nanny. Within a couple days, they found me a candidate was apt however the maid decided not to join very last minute so Ruksar & team helped me find a replacement within a day and fortunately she joined in 2 days. The quality of candidates can be improved and process can be much more customer friendly. The only con was that I had to pay the agency fees before the maid joined and in my case, the first maid refused to join and the payment was made.
