I have joined this institute for regular yoga classes. Later I have done my 21 days better living course and BTTC from this institute. Teachers are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, humble (jitna bolo utna kamm h). Here they not only teach us aansana and pranayam, they teach yoga is a way of living and how to live it.
