I lived in Dharavi when my first baby was born, and he used to fall sick very often. As a new parent, I had very little knowledge about doctors and was very worried. After searching a lot, I found Dr. Shaivali Joshi, and she became a huge support for us. Whenever my son had any health issue, she always helped — whether on a phone call or at the clinic. Her diagnosis, guidance, and caring nature gave me confidence as a parent. Now we are in Kolkata, but our whole family still misses Dr. Shaivali ma’am. Even though there are many pediatricians here, we haven’t found anyone with the same level of knowledge, dedication, and personal care. For us, she is truly the best doctor we have ever met.
