It was great experience to get hospitality service in Criti care under Dr Atiullah Malik and the team including maintance, RMO , house keeping and dietician keeping all on time thank you so much 😃
I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The facilities are modern, clean, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for both patients and visitors. The medical staff, including doctors and nurses, are highly professional, attentive, and compassionate. Every department is well-organized, and the team ensures that patients receive timely care and clear communication throughout their treatment. The hospital also offers advanced diagnostic equipment and efficient emergency services, which adds to the sense of security and trust. The administrative process—from registration to billing—is smooth and patient-friendly. Overall, it’s a great example of a hospital that truly prioritizes patient well-being and quality healthcare. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and comprehensive medical care.
I live in the UK, but with cold winters and being in my 50s, I wanted to get some winter sun tied in with a yearly health check ups. Doing some research on winter sun countries I had visited , and also worked in, I found Criticare Asia Hospital in Kurla, Mumbai had clear prices and comprehensive packages for executive health check ups on their website. On my first visit I was so impressed that I have continued to use them since. A full executive health check is completed within a day and with very detailed reports being provided that I would take back to my GP in the UK, all for less than £100. last year after delays in NHS and Private Treatment in the UK I developed severe mobility problems and ended up with a hospital bed at home and having to use a wheelchair. With the latest spinal surgery hospital appointments at my local hospitals in the UK going into mid 2026, I decided last week to contact a Spinal Surgeon who I had previously met at Criticare Asia hospital. We had a video consultation last Friday and he invited me over to the Criticare Asia hospital where they would arrange an up to date MRI, Nerve Conductivity tests, blood tests, ECG checks and perform any necessary surgery. I flew out last Sunday, was picked up from my hotel by an ambulance on Monday, taken for a 3T MRI scan, Nerve Conduction Tests, many other tests and checks (as well as the surgeon receiving all the results, I was also provided with all the details including the physical MRI pictures and digital copies on CD). On the Tuesday I was admitted into a Deluxe Room at the hospital advised on all what was going to happen and prepared for surgery. I was visited by admin staff, dieticians, nurses, anaesthetist and doctors and all of the staff made me feel more like a VIP than a patient, this is something I have missed more recently from the UK where I feel like more of a problem than a patient. Surgery was going to take place at 7am on the Wednesday and I was woken beforehand with further information and preparation before being wheeled into surgery and the Team started punctually and took me through my first Major Surgery experience where the MRI and nerve issues on my Lumbar and Cervical Spine were going to be fixed and strengthened with Titanium reinforcement where necessary and minimally invasive. The surgery went without a hitch and after recovery in the afternoon my neck pain was gone and I had a physio visit for some light exercises and then the Surgery Team paid me a further visit and helped me to get up and then walk unaided though wobbly and without pain for the first time in months! It is now Thursday and I have been on further limited walks. It will take me a while to get back to full mobility, but the difference already is a miracle in itself and, at last, I feel on the proper road to recovery and a "normal" life! I wish I had come here last year when issues were first identified rather than time wasted in the UK. I will also add that all the staff have been magnificent, from the cleaners, porters, caterers, admin staff, physio, dietician, nurses and doctors through to the anaesthetist and the marvellous surgeon. I will be continuing to come back for yearly executive health checks, but will now also be utilising any excellent surgery that might be required rather than waiting and deteriorating in the UK. The health and financial costs I incurred in the UK also make the clear and transparent fees, that I was given in advance, very cost effective. Being in my 50's and being treated with full tests and diagnosis through to Major Surgery and recovery in less than a week is a massive advantage and a small miracle in itself! I have also been able to use the great hospital Wi-Fi in the room to keep in touch with my Wifey and loved ones back in the UK. I have attached a photo of me being able to take unaided steps without massive pain, that was taken on the afternoon after surgery. Over time I will get back to full strength, be able to shave without shoulder pain and exercise to lose the weight that I have gained being bedridden.
I had a very positive experience at Criticare Hospital when my dad was admitted recently. The doctors were highly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout his treatment. The nursing staff was compassionate and always ready to help with a smile. The hospital was clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care and support we received-it made a difficult time much easier. Highly recommend Criticare Hospital for anyone looking for quality medical care and a dedicated team.
The hospital is very good, and the doctors and nursing staff are extremely cooperative. My wife was treated by Dr. Shahid Barmane one year ago—he was very polite and supportive throughout the treatment. Recently, she was under the care of Dr. Anjali Talwalkar, who is also very kind, understanding, and helpful. Based on our experience, I will definitely recommend this hospital to all my relatives and friends.
