I’ve been attending prenatal yoga classes with Sunil Sir over a week, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. He brings a calm, grounding presence to each session and has a deep understanding of the needs of expecting mothers. His guidance has helped me stay active and ease discomfort. Highly recommend him to any mom-to-be looking for a safe and mindful yoga practice !
Very good yoga techniques and methods i like his classes , there are lots of changes in my body and my back pain has also reduced ,I am very happy with Sunil sir’s classes.

I was suffering from knee pain for 2 years. The doctors had advised me to undergo an operation but I did not think it was right to undergo the operation. So I also talked to my family doctor and he advised me to try yoga so I started yoga with Sunil sir, today I have been doing yoga for more than a year. And I would like to thank Sunil sir wholeheartedly, due to his class, the pain in my knees has completely gone.
