Very unprofessional and very bad services they provide. They will take their commission and won't bother to check on clients. There are much better agencies that provide better service.
This is the second time I have signed a contract with Staffurs. The first time was roughly 2 years ago, when they couldn’t fulfil my requirement and had agreed to issue a full refund because they just couldn’t find maids. Again, looking at the Director - Ruchi and the executive - Akansha, I signed up for yet another contract in Feb’23 by paying a whopping 21,240. This is the only house help staffing agency who has a service contract valid for only 6 months, I still agreed to get it done on the basis of the tall claims Ruchi and Akansha made before signing the contract but failed just miserable to fulfill my requirements. I was in need of a baby-care maid and Akansha sent a lady to me who: 1. Was a novice at baby-care 2. Just wouldnt talk to my baby, would only keep holding him or making him sit with her for hours 3. My baby would hysterically cry the moment this lady used to hold him 4. Would wakeup after 9 am saying she was not used to waking up earlier than that 5. And to top it all, used to shamelessly consume tobacco When I raised this issue to both Akansha and Ruchi, Akansha was kind enough to apologise. However, to my disbelief, Ruchi who seemed sensible and sensitive to me, had the audacity to tell me that 85% of the maid fraternity consume tobacco and it is not surprising. How is it not surprising for a baby-care maid to consume tobacco and be in close proximity with babies is something that still continues to baffle me. I sent that maid home. Its been more than a week now, Staffurs is not able to fulfill my requirement which is very basic. When asked for a refund, I am told that there is no refund policy and that I will be given a credit note, which will have to be availed of some service through staffurs only, which is of ZERO value to me because I have burned my hands more than once. Painfully so - the second time. Parents, please beware of this agency, they have absolutely no ownership towards the maids they send, all of their maids have vices - mostly consume tobacco and other harmful substances and the management have no qualms about it. Plus, do not fall in the trap of paying a humongous amount of money for a trashy service contract that only lasts for 6 months.
Since last 5months they are unable to arrange maid. They have taken full money in advance for maid service but after that we came to know they don't have any maid as per our requirement. Before paying amount they said they have huge count of maids and they can provide me maid as per our requirement. I request the people who are reading this review, don't invest/ pay any amount to this agency.
plesant experience at staffurs ..we were very fed up with irregularalities of maids and we decided to opt for staffurs..and to our surprise they are very professional..responds quickly...hapy with the service..especially have to mention aakansha..she is very helpul ..goes out of the way to help kudos to her.
Worst service, the dont have any maids. They Will constantly call you for the agency payment and once that is done, the maid leaves and doesn’t answer any calls They dont even look into replacements properly. Should NEVER book a maid from them.
