Rajashree is a really knowledgeable prenatal yoga expert. She is well aware of all the right exercises that pregnant women need to do during their pregnancy, at the same time she is quite helpful and open to answering all your doubts and queries if you have any. I would definitely recommend her prenatal classes to all. She is quite dedicated to her work and does not miss even a single class.
I have completed pre natal and post natal program under the supervision of Dr. Rajashree Rathi who is one of the best physiotherapist I have ever known. Her sessions are so much more than just a fitness bootcamp. Rajashree is incredibly knowledgeable about the nitty gritties of pregnancy exercises and postpartum. Throughout my pregnancy journey, she has helped me in pelvic floor strengthening, improving my posture, preparing me for labour and so much more. She has been equally supportive in my postpartum journey too, right from activating and strengthening my core to being such a wonderful friend during my low/ stressful times. I would highly recommend to join her classes and would forever be grateful to her for all her guidance and support ☺️
My pregnancy journey would not have been soo smooth without Dr Rajeshree. I was able to workout and even go to office till my last date of due. She made my body super toned and don't gain much weight. Right from consultation as to what home exercises to be done in first trimester to making sure that what is the minimum liters of water taken each day, things to eat in diet, minimum steps during the day per week, all such things had been taken care subsequently. She understood my workout regime before we initiated the prenatal class. During the week, based on the energy levels, she made a great blend of Yoga (taking care of mental health), Strengthening and Aerobics (to build a strong physic for labour and post delivery recovery). Her smile and the song selection also states how well she can handle the patient's need and make the challenges look cake walk. There is sooo much positive vibe in the studio that I had gone for 6 days a week instead of 3. My mood used to lightened up and made me look forward to the workout time as the best time spent by me with my baby during the day especially with the kind of affirmations she made during the savasana. Based on any body pains due to physical changes during each month, all the physiotherapy treatments were given for fast and long lasting recovery by knowing the root cause especially to the tail bone pain, so that it doesn't reoccur during postpartum. She was also available on WhatsApp and over call for timely responses. The Lamaze class, which she conducts during 8th-9th month, gave detailed tips to deal with birthing preps to be made along with the recovery methodology guide for the initial weeks irrespective of the mode of delivery. Her timely visit during and post delivery at the hospital also assisted in creating more positive outlook to standup from the unavoidable physical issues. It was a very smooth transition from pregnancy to becoming a mom, all thanks to Dr. Rajeshree. Looking forward to join postpartum class for speedy recovery.
I started my yoga sessions with Rajshree when I was in my 5th month of pregnancy. And fortunately I delivered naturally because of her and her only.I can’t give enough credit on what she has done for me. She was not only great in her yoga sessions, but she gave me so much knowledge about the birthing process. She made my body and mind prepared for the delivery. On the D day, she was there with me helping me through the labour pain! When everyone lost hope, she had believe in me and kudos to her knowledge and confidence, we delivered naturally! A very good prenatal yoga class with Dr. Rajeshree having great knowledge of pregnancy yoga and other problems related to it…gave superb information and prep for labour as well. Highly recommended to join her.
