Every time I told my son (16 years old) about super foods and healthy meal options - he wanted to know the why behind it? That’s how the thought came of consulting Riya. Within a few sessions - I found a huge change in my son’s mindset, approach and association with food and health. Riya’s scientific knowledge is worth mentioning and she is very simple and straight in her conversations. She simplifies the things to our level of understanding and makes the diet very doable and sustainable in the long run. Her diet plan along with physical training worked very well for my son. When he started understanding - the why behind her holistic approach - it became easier to incorporate changes in his daily routine.
