I had a wonderful experience with Dr Jyoti. She invest her time to understand What kind of diet will work for a person. Diet plan is also simple and manageable, no fancy things and anyone can easily follow and most important its effective. I have lost weight as needed per health. Excellent experience and would recommend Nutrialign Diet and Nutrition centre.

Dr. Jyoti helped me lose around 5 kgs in a month. The diet plan she made was very easy to follow, she patiently listens to the daily routine and eating habits of person and makes a personalized plan accordingly. She doesn't suggest anything extreme, one can follow the plan quite easily using the home-made food. Her skill of creating a calorie deficit without compromising on the balance of macro-nutrients is really commendable. I would definitely recommend her plan for people looking for fat reduction.
