Dr.Pooja is amazing physiotherapist. I have taken treatment twice from her. Once for varicose veins and once when I had an injury. Both times she had done a great job. She recovered in less time and helped me so I can do exercises at home and pain never came back. She is a fab person too❤️. I am so glad that I got her. Recommended her for every single woman who need strength power and support. Thank you doc for being there for me 🫶🏻

I have been having knee pain for long time, had almost accepted it as part of life, finally came to Dr Pooja Jain. After 3 months of treatment & guidance I am feeling so much better. "I started physiotherapy with Dr. Pooja Jain via online classes in my 5th month of pregnancy, and it was one of the best decisions I made! I only wish I had joined from my very first month. Despite being online, she observed minutely, corrected my posture, and provided expert guidance. Her tailored exercises and constant support helped me stay active, manage pregnancy discomfort, and prepare for a smooth normal delivery. The sessions focused on strengthening my pelvic floor, improving flexibility, and relieving back pain—making a huge difference. Meditation classes helped me manage my emotional health, while the Lamaze technique and breathing exercises played a crucial role in easing labor. The labor classes she conducted in my last week mentally prepared me for delivery, giving me the confidence I needed. Even after delivery, her lactation classes and postpartum sessions have been incredibly helpful in my recovery and breastfeeding journey. I truly appreciate her professionalism, care, polite behavior, and encouragement throughout my journey. Highly recommended for all moms-to-be !
