recently visited Dr. Shalaka [for my irregular period issue ]. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the doctor's unprofessional demeanor. While I understand that medical professionals can have busy schedules, I found Dr.Bhagunde's behavior to be consistently rude and dismissive. She didn't take the time to listen to my concerns or explain my treatment options thoroughly. As a patient, I expect empathy, understanding, and clear communication from my healthcare provider. Sadly, Dr. Bhagunde fell short of these expectations.

Very good service provided by Sona hospital. I have visited the Gynac and the Ortho doctors. They give detailed explanation about the diagnosis and treatment so that patient is well aware of their medical condition and can help in recovery. The staff are also kind and cooperative.
