Services offered by Sangi Services are quiet good. Sunita Warik is very prompt in providing services. I have opted for nanny services and Sunita provided the nanny within 3 days.
I don't know about the agency and the nannys they provide because the coordinator I was woking with was extremely horrible and incompetent (her name is Pragati). We had given our requirement at the onset to which she said we can easily find one. I was coordinating with her for more than 2 months and this is what i experienced 1. Pragati doesn't share profiles at all, maybe couple of them and keeps sharing irrelevant profiles inspite of knowing our requirement. 2. She doesn't coordinate at all. 3. If we shortlist a profile and ask for an interview meet/ call, she is unable to schedule any interviews 4. She totally lacks ownership and credibility 5. She dissappears for days and we had to continuously follow-up. 6. So when she realised she is not able to provide any profiles, she started blaming us and starts saying the requirement is difficult (which initially she said was very easy, basically we had a standard requirement and nothing fancy) 7 and now after wasting 2 months, she said that we should look for another agency. Hence I am not sure Sangi baby care is a good agency or not but because of Pragati our entire experience has been extremely bad and hence wouldn't recommend. Also a piece of advice to the Sangi team is to please take care of such issues as it is tarnishing their brand name.
Absolute crap service. They have zero checks when hiring people and have zero control over them. People sent by them aren't professional and keep disappearing and the Sangi people just sit there helplessly not able to do anything, after taking the full yearly fees from you. I suspect their way of working is to keep rotating their service providers towards new customers, leaving the older customers in a lurch. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Good services provided by Sunita Warik. She provides maid for my child care. She is helpful and good in nature.
Highly unprofessional. never turned up any interview. returned two nannies based on their commitment and no one turned up on the said timelines. No one answers the call also. Look elsewhere for peace of mind.
