One of the best childcare sarvices in Mumbai. The moment I first Inquired till I was introduced to the Experts therapist and the entire process of selection to the after sales was an amazing experience. The team even called up after two months to take feedback on the Expert therapist, which I didn't expect at all. I am extremely happy my baby is healthier with their services and the Experts too. Inhuman service and company policy. Although the care-giver was good and we wished to continue, the company did not inform us about our package getting over and wanted to press us for buying a new package for 3 months in a day, without giving us a breather. The next thing I did was to look for a massage wali in a day and cancel their service. Professional services are not for babies, babies need a human to look after them.. I have asked my security to not let them in as they are pressing on us to give back the products used by them while giving service. I want to report the relationship-executive Suvarna here.
We had booked their massage service for the infant. The masseuse was totally unprofessional & had no idea about infant massage therepy. The masseuse was not able to handle infant during bathing this is exteremly risky. Also they do not provide any transaction recipt for the payment received. I would suggest avoid their services at any cost.
I have really good experience with Adoris. Pooja Sawant is very good in her work. Very gentle, calm with my baby. She is neat and clean also. My baby cried for the first time with her but now she enjoys bathing. I booked my sessions with Adoris because earlier i had to discontinue with malish wali for my baby. She was so harsh on my baby. She used to take just 15mins to get her ready. And then says i dint do much bcoz ur baby was crying alot. Then one fine day infront of me my baby got hurt by her fingers tips. That moment i deceded not to continue with malish wali bai. Then i was not confident to give my baby in anyones hand. But now i am happy with Adoris.
One of the horrible adoris care company it is , I am coordinating from 3 days , ask for trial sessions but this company doesn’t bother to reply they are so busy . They don’t care for their customers to reply . It’s very unprofessional and local adoris care company . I prefer do baby maalish from old bai who has experience bcoz Old is Gold , these people just show off & nothing .
