One of the worst worst worst biggest scams I’ve ever come across. Firstly, they knew I was an NRI so had asked them for international coverage. They happily added a premium. And then when I was in an emergency abroad they said that they don’t cover international coverage for NRIs….. just a scam. Moreover, when I claim insurance for legitimate procedures done covered they ignore emails and texts and say ‘approval hasn’t come’ it’s been over 4 months now of a basic claim maybe 3% of the amount I paid towards my health insurance and they still aren’t giving it to me. They are just liars and cheats, I feel like a moron for even signing up and giving them hard earned money. Just the worst. Preying on the injured……
Uncivilized people working..no courtesy and extremely disrespectful. I am disgusted being a niva bupa customer after calling up this call center . No resolution or manners ...Would never recommend Niva Bupa to anyone. Because it's the after sales customer service which is most important. For a minute i thought my call was connected to some spammer .
One of the most trusted Health Insurance Company in India. It's also the fastest growing Health Insurance Company. All my Claims were settled by the Company satisfactorily.
My claim ID is 184267, I have submitted all bills received from hospital but even after a month and half my claim is not passed. Neither Vasai branch nor Borivali Branch is helping in the matter. Worst service.
Don’t take policy from direct niva bupa andheri. Keep an agent in between. We have face a very big problem. I don't want to name the agent to ruin anyones life. But people should think before deceiving or tricking anyone just for their counts and commission.thank you for ruining our life. Pathetic service. Those liers We were even promised amazon voucher of 10,000 amt. We were promised for our operation claim amount but they moved us to new policy instead of helping us keep old policy. So niva bupa takes amount and gives NO CLAIM. All liers. I will even tweet it. And give nodal complaint and other complaints so that you cannot ruin anyone else's life. CHEATERS.
