We took our 10-month-old from Florida to New York. Before we arrived, a crib and stroller were delivered. They arrived on time and were well-organized. Both were spotless and scented. They were healthy and baby-safe. They picked up everything smoothly after our trip. I recommend this service to parents traveling with babies.
I rented a crib and a pack n play for Washington. My baby used both without any issues. The crib provided a steady sleeping space. The pack n play was useful for daytime naps. I appreciated that everything arrived clean. I also liked the quick communication. The service made traveling much easier for me.
Babies Getaway totally saved our trip! The whole shipment arrived spotless and fully prepared for immediate use. The delivery service performed perfectly, while the equipment appeared to be completely untouched. I’m honestly obsessed — will 100% rent from them again!
We came in from Illinois and rented an infant car seat and a portable crib. Both were spotless and super comfy—our baby loved them. Honestly, not having to lug all that gear through the airport made things so much easier. The whole process was smooth, beginning to end.
Rented through this company September 10-September 13 2025. My total order was $126 and instead, my card was charged for $1260! When I called to correct the discrepancy I barely received an apology. Highly suggest if you use this company to monitor your credit card charges closely. *Editing this review* again as it’s now been two weeks, 5 phone calls, and still no money back to my credit card. I’ve heard every excuse in the book as to why the money is not back on my card yet. The companies response below is completely false (clearly they had my appropriate credit card info to overcharge me by over $1000). Never again with this company and will be filing a BBB complaint.
