Hi everyone For a long time I was trying to lose weight post pregnancy and I was over 10 kgs extra post partum, one year tried on my own but it did not help , finally saw amita mishra's page on Instagram and she seemed a very positive person I decided I will give it a go and truly I made the right decision , Amita is very patient and she gives you all the information before you start about what to expect, her diets are very simple to follow with home cooked meals and some options to even eat out so you really do not feel like you are dieting and side by side you lose weight without even knowing.
