Dr Ghelani can help with your symptoms, but he can also break you. I went for muscle tightness and felt a bit better, but ended up with resurgence of compressed cervical nerve flare up which I'd fixed 2 years back. I went back to him and he paid more attention this time and he ends up charging me again. A doctor is supped to fix your issues, not give you more and then charge to fix them again for issues created by his intervention. Go to him if you like to gamble with your body and get charged for it.
