I went to elements last year and I meet this massage therapist his name is Ivan he is the best I have ever had. I'm a 34-year-old male that works out a lot of, so I am in consistent need of a massage I can say Ivan is one of the best to help with my needs he is great for recovery stretching and also lymphatic draining. sadly, I tried to book with him recently after a trip and I was tragically informed he was no longer there ... I did some research and found out he is still in the area and now working at lifetime coral gable's location. I booked my appointment with him and was glad to find him I also got full access to the gym. I leave this 3-star review because Ivan is no longer there and they don't have anyone similar to him.
I had such a great experience with Yury! He was absolutely awesome and clearly really knows what he’s doing. I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for a while, and he was able to work through it and get all the tension out. I walked out feeling so much better. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Highly recommend!

I had a deep tissue massage with Inaudy, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my back and shoulder pain before starting. The massage itself was effective, with just the right amount of pressure, and I could feel the tension melt away. The space was clean, quiet, and relaxing, and the entire staff was professional and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Inaudy for anyone looking for quality bodywork.
Melanie was excellent and was so professional. She was attentive and courteous! My overall experience at Elements was excellent. Everyone I encountered were extremely kind. I would highly recommend this spa.
