worst customer service... arrogant & rude behaviour towards customers & they are very adamant, they illtreat and misbehave with you if u dont like wht they want u to buy.... Price is just double the what you get online and in other local shops. Brands like BabyHug,firstccry and me and mom's won't behave like this to any customer. They are very welcoming and respect customers choice. Please don't go to this shop there are many other options in borivali that too in reasonable price. I think owner don't pay sales man to show products to customers. Most terrrible and pathetic experience ever.
Worst sales people and shop... Rude and staff behaviour and pricing too is too high, if u buy product they do not give money back infact if they offer exchange they do it with lots bad behaviour and taunts.... Please go to some good shop where u will be treated as customer and not as if they are favouring u...

The owner is a crazy maniac who screams and shouts if you dislike their stock. I usually shop here for my baby and have got many items from here. But recently I visited the shop to buy a frock and did not like anything despite searching for many options, This made the owner very angry and he began to shout and scream and started forcing me to buy something. He followed me to the road outside the shop and continued to scream like a maniac. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
