If you’re looking to be a confident and active Mamma, Sama Birthing’s classes are highly recommended! I joined Seema’s Sama Birthing Prenatal fitness classes in my second trimester. The sessions not only helped me stay fit, active and agile but were such a great opportunity to meet other like-minded Mammas and bond with them. Seema’s expertise in fitness reflects in her individually guiding you with the right exercise for your stage of pregnancy, body form and overall health. She also helps you understand the importance of each exercise and movement, positively motivating you every step of the way. In the hour spent together, I got fitter, made great friends and learnt a lot about parenting from Seema. The favourite part is the last 10 mins of class when you do guided meditation. It was the best sleep for a sleep deprived pregnant woman ;) My husband and I also opted for and continue to take her parenting education classes - labour and birthing, breast feeding, postpartum care, new born care, starting solids… She has such rich knowledge on each topic, which she teaches with empathy. She understands what a new parent in today’s world goes through and teaches everything with a balance of the science and care. A great doctor and Seema’s guidance are 2 must haves for a healthy body and mind during pregnancy and post partum!
Seema is the best support I had as birthing teacher during my pregnancies. One of which was during Covid. She was so generous with her love , encouragement and knowledge. She really understood what I was going thru as pregnant woman in the mid of a pandemic. Meeting her for her sessions on nutrition and baby care and all her prenatal exercise classes was one of the best times of the day for me where I got to interact with other lovely ladies and made some friends for life. Her after delivery support is also great, the community at one becomes a part of as a Sama mama is absolutely priceless!!! I wish her the best for all her endeavours
