The nailpolish came off within 2 hours of doing a pedicure. The application was too thick, the quick-dry drops made it soft and lumpy, and it was getting stuck to things peeling off on its own. I only gave it two stars because the dry skin removal was nice and diligent.
Just got my nails done at Bellissimo Nail Studio for the third time and I’m OBSESSED all over again! 💅✨ I’ve tried so many salons across Mumbai, but nothing compares to the love, care, and super neat work they do here. This place is really the best place in Mumbai for nails. I’ve done acrylic nails with numerous places but this place has been the best so far. My nails were damaged and I needed a new set for an event. Major shout out to Anhui who did my nails. Really amazing job !
I've been here multiple times and am all for supporting small businesses. Valuing a customer's time is most important for me for which I have overlooked things like chipped gel nails and OPI polishing chipping faster than the ones I have at home. This time however has been a horrible experience. Took an appointment for 7:30 which got rescheduled to 8pm - no problem. I appreciate when delays are communicated. I reached at 8 and then was waiting around for 30 mins without any staff acknowledgement. Given that I am pregnant and now this is 8:30 pm and my gel nails haven't started is not something that an extremely young manager even noticed. It's close to dinner time now and I had to leave without getting my nails done or being able to have my dinner and meds on time. All of this because the place is run by staff to young to be appropriately professional. My maternity shoot is tomorrow and I'll do it with nails I'll paint myself at home. And every time I see those photos I'll be reminded of how inexperienced staff at Bellisimo salon cost me getting my gel nails for this shoot. On the bright side, I'm looking forward to trying more professional nail establishments in Bandra
