Complete mismanagement at the reception desk. No information is given about waiting time or doctor availability before hand. I specifically asked if doctor is available right now and they said yes. Once I paid fee, I was told doctor is yet to arrive and will take another hour. Ridiculous behaviour and also pre checkup was a joke, the nurse entered random values without actually checking health parameters.
My mother was treated at Arogya Hospital under Dr. Prashant (Gastroenterology). Dr. Rishi Agrawal’s team, the nurses and the entire staff cared for her wonderfully and solved every problem step by step. She is well and was discharged today. Highly recommended
Extremely idiotic behaviour by deepak agrawal who doesnt even deserve to be in villages let alone cities. Went for checkup for my 2 year old daughter on the reference of petals hospital desk for whether she has flat foot or not. Told him about ongoing physiotherapy, he went on a crazy rant on about how it is so useless, physiotherapist "to bus apni dukaan chala rahe hai", then on he goes about he has studied for 14 years so everyone else should shutup and let him speak and then he suddenly started showing operation pics and xrays of other patients he operated for flat foot and that we should wait for 5-6 years without doing anything so that he can operate later "if needed". I dont know even if that is legal to show something private like other patients files like that. We decided to stick with the physiotherapy, and i see much better improvement in my daughter. I have mentioned this to petals as well to not recommend him. These so called doctors ruin lives, find other doctors who are much better. About the hospital, got called at 8pm, doctor did not come till 8:30 then when he came he went on a round and kept us waiting even whne the child was uncomfortable. Majority staff was not cooperative did not bother informing him and were chatting, until one concerned nurse ran up to call him downstairs.
Worst experience! Dr Preeti Agrawal behaviour was extremely bad, rude and disrespectful. She just discourages her patient and talk in offensive way. Just because she is doctor doesn't mean she can misbehave with her patient. She doesn't give time even to see report which need 2 min and walk away. She doesn't care for patient. I feel I was more stressed and sick after meeting her. A doctor should give positive vibes but going to her will increase your problem. Better to avoid!
