Dr Krishna Parmar is a fantastic dietician.She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and easy to talk to.The meal plans are being prepared as per my hectic life style which are practical and easy to follow as a working woman.Almost it's been a month and a half I am following her plans, and within a month I have seen great improvements in my health and energy.Lost almost 5kg's in a month with inches and could see difference in me as well and I no longer feel guilty about eating.Her support and guidance were exactly what I needed.
