The prenatal workout classes with Vanshika keep me going throughout the pregnancy with ample energy and a positive attitude towards the whole journey. The exercises were simple to follow. Vanshika was a great source of support in understanding various aspects of pregnancy and discussing all my doubts .i would highly recommend her classes.

Prenatal one on one yoga sessions with Vanshika were a great insight for me. She has an in-depth knowledge and experience in prenatal yoga. Any mom to be who is planning to go for a normal delivery should contact her as she is really hands on with the exercises for the same. Most calm yoga trainer I have ever dealt with, as sometimes in pregnancy you really need a calm person to consult to. All in all I highly recommend her for yoga sessions.
