Thief hospital. They will do false diagnosis so commissions increase and your bill increases. Doctors are not good. Money hungry, will make you do 100 tests for no reasons. It’s better to avoid such a place. Visit at your own risk, you have been warned.
The medical care and treatment I received at the hospital were quite good, which is why I have given two stars—otherwise, it would have been zero. However, my experience with the admin team at the mediclaim desk was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After my surgery, the mediclaim desk submitted a cashless claim to Star Health Insurance. They provided a lump sum amount for the surgery costs, which led to a 20% deduction by the insurer. When the insurer requested a detailed breakdown of the surgery costs to reimburse the deducted amount, the hospital refused, claiming they have a package rate with the insurer. If this were true, why would the insurer apply a 20% deduction in the first place? After extensive debate, the hospital finally agreed to provide a letter (attached to this review). Reading it will give you a clear idea of the incompetence and lack of logic displayed by the insurance desk team. Due to this unnecessary hassle, my discharge, which was scheduled for 8 AM, was delayed until 3 PM. I had to pay the 20% deduction out of pocket, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. My advice to anyone considering cashless treatment at this hospital is to be vigilant from the very beginning to avoid similar issues during discharge. Alternatively, consider choosing a hospital with a more competent and efficient insurance settlement team. The last thing a patient needs after treatment is to deal with administrative incompetence during discharge. While the medical care was good, the experience with the insurance desk was far from satisfactory.
I got my dad to Savla late night at 2am in a very bad condition, we all were super stressed as we never saw him like this but the quick treatment which he got as soon as he entered the hospital was very helpful and good for his health...he was in ICU for 2 days, he was getting time to time treatment and later he was shifted to deluxe ward. Cleanliness is very good, service is also very good, hospital food was also very good. Ward boys and nurses are very helpful.
I wanted to share my experience during my recent stay at Savla Hospital. Overall, I had a positive experience. The staff was professional, and the care I received from the doctors and nurses was excellent. The hospital was clean, and the facilities were comfortable. The discharge process was a bit slow, but the treatment was well-explained, and I felt supported throughout my stay. Thank you for your care, and I would recommend this hospital to others.
I recently visited Savla diagnostic centre for a sonography, and I was very impressed with their service. The staff was professional, polite, and efficient. The technician conducting the scan explained everything clearly and made the process comfortable. I received the results promptly, which were detailed and accurate. Highly recommend this center for diagnostic services
