Had to literally give 0 star for what happened on my yesterday shoot I had given an order to Kshitija from Magicomeal for my shoot. On the day of shoot 2 hours before they canned my order and neither they had stated any valid reason. My calls were not answered and even till next day no one bothered to explain this unprofessional behaviour and I was ignored. My shoot had been ruined because of their last minute cancellation and I have lost entire trust of the way Magicomeal dealt with my order. Somehow I found another caterer who saved my shoot. But this is like ruining trust after building and leaving at last minute guests and people at shoot with no food. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL Never trust their service
Food is good with enough quality and good packaging.. staff is responsive and courteous.. Dahi wada was superb!
For a Family like mine who were totally depended on the maid for cooking it had been 6 months since we ordered anything from out to eat because of the current situation in the city and county. I had placed an order for the first time from out after 6 months and had asked for home delivery at 2 pm on the 8th of September 2020. The Delivery was bang on time at 2 pm. The preparation, quality, quantity, packaging, the hygiene considering the current situation was excellent and food was delicious especially the Chicken Biryani. Value for money. Would recommend to my friends and relatives too. Real Magic delivered in the form of Meal at the door step. God bless the chef and the delivery boys.
Amazing food!! We had opted for magicomeal's catering in our building for Ganpati festival. All the dishes were very good and had very less oil. Rahul himself was present to ensure everything was managed properly. By far the best food I have had!!
Have been ordering food from them for quite some time now. The best part is they come with many variations without compromising on food quality and taste. Had even taken a tour of their kitchen once and was really impressed with the hygiene and standards they maintain. The management is also always available to address any issues. I would highly recommend to try out their services specially for people like us who regularly eat outside as they are very close to home food quality standards.
