I joined Palavi Garbhasanskar since the day I knew I was Pregnant. From consulting to the hospital management and labour management Dr Pratima guided me so well that I could enjoy my 9 months journey. Counselling helped me to know the importance of Garbhasanskar and the things I needed to improve in me focusing my baby. In Garbhasanskar every session is well designed and it covers all the aspects of Sanskaras we want to give to our child. Most importantly all the activities she covers not only helps baby but also discovers new things in you. You literally start to express yourself. Meditation and breathing techniques helped me to decrease anxiety kept calm and also maintained my blood pressure throughout preganacy. I also joined her Yoga sessions which helped me to be active and flexible in my whole pregnancy. Also I could cope up with changes in body. I didn't have any backaches or bodyaches etc. Labour management session was the most helpful for me as I was so anxious about normal labour her guidance and breathing techniques made me confident for delivery. Dr Pratima takes every possible efforts to help and guide you. I highly recommend Palavi Garbhasnaskar and Dr Pratima .

I joined Dr. Pratima’s Garbhsanskar classes during my 12th week of pregnancy, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The sessions were calming, uplifting, and played a significant role in helping me stay relaxed, happy, and positive throughout my pregnancy. I highly recommend Dr Pratima’s prenatal yoga and Garbhsanskar classes. Really it was a good decision in my pregnancy journey. I joined Dr. Pratima’s online prenatal yoga classes at the beginning of my second trimester, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. Before enrolling in Palavi Yoga, my husband and I explored several yoga classes nearby and finally decided on Dr. Pratima’s sessions. At the start, we had a consultation where she explained how the pregnancy journey should be, covering important aspects like diet, activities, and overall well-being. This guidance was invaluable and helped us a lot throughout the pregnancy. Attending the morning Yoga sessions (7:45 to 8:30 AM) was a wonderful experience. Dr. Pratima patiently explained each exercise before asking us to perform it. She closely observed our postures and provided corrections whenever needed. Each session included meditation, breathing exercises, and Om chanting, which gave a positive start to the day and kept me feeling happy and energetic throughout. One of the things I truly appreciated was Dr. Pratima’s personal care. During the end of my second trimester, I experienced back pain. When I shared my concern over a call, she immediately suggested some simple exercises and remedies to do daily. Her advice brought me quick relief, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Pratima’s prenatal yoga and Garbhasanskar sessions. I joined in my 7th month of pregnancy and it turned out to be one of the best decisions. The initial consultation was really insightful, covering diet, activities, and overall care. The sessions included exercises, meditation, and Om chanting along with Yoga poses. Truly uplifting experience.
