I found health hatch through Instagram. After working with Palak for more than 3 months we not only have reduced weight but also incorporated healthy eating habits and active lifestyle in our very busy daily lives. The best part about their health plans is that they are tailored to match your day to day schedules and don't feel like a heavy add on :) they plans integrate well with our schedule and also show results!! Palak is very knowledgeable and explains everything with ease, even in layman terms so that it's understandable by everyone. I highly recommend them.

I worked with Palak and Fathema from the Health Hatch team for 3 months, and the results were great. They not just guided me with meal plans, but also to maintain them while travelling for work, leisure and weddings. My was able to build a consistent lifestyle to balance meals, workouts and a good balance of carbs, protein and other micro nutrients to balance hormones and weight.
