I found Healkin really helpful and proactive. They were very prompt and their staff very punctual and qualified for the job. The staff did not have issues with the job that was given and understood what was required. . If required will call them again. Sharda the supervisor,Sneha,Poonam all helped me . And Rupali the lady who came to help Mom was amazing..she smiled through all the problems and didn't crib at all.
Excellent Service Level by Healkin Team. Superior Sharda was very particular about assigning the right staff as per patient requirement. Always informed if the staff is taking leave and also arranging replacement. This happened just a couple of times.Staff was punctual and upto the mark .Did not face a single issue ..Recommended....
Healkin provides quick help with pros n cons. They have both - egoistic and helpful caretakers. Healkin needs to train them in terms of language, services, cleanliness and overall behaviour, otherwise it's going to cost them the reputation and business. Despite everything, I really appreciate the efforts of Rattnadeep Sharma and Sharda. Thanks for the help and personal visit to the hospital to check my father's status and arrangments. Also a note of thanks to caretaker Badal.
Very nice, polite care giver...Mrs. Archana Adhav. She kept my mother in a very healthy and hygenic environment.Time to time served her all the meals and gave the medications as instructed.I would also like to thank Manager Sharda who helped a lot time to time regarding any query even on Sunday...All the best to you all... from the bottom of my heart...keep it up the good work.
we needed a temporary nurse to assist with injections and wound care. The nurse Sushma sent by Healkin was better trained than most hospital staff I’ve seen. She knew exactly how to handle every procedure, maintained hygiene, and communicated well with patients. I was so impressed that I’ve now signed up with Healkin for long-term nursing support. Highly recommended for anyone looking for skilled nurses at home!
