5-Star rated company.Hi, my name is Kishor wagh,I am taking service from Heal kin for my father past 6-7 months, Last time I gave 4.5 ratings. Staff Ms.Krithika Ravi (case manager) showed me why they deserve 5 star rating with all her hardwork and dedication. With staff like her Healkin you Will surely earn new customers. Thank You. I have taken services form @myUdaan mobility app service and @HCAH care giving companies but they all failed.
While the owner's intent of service is sincere and caring,the team managing the Operations, resources and patient support team is pathetic . They are extremely emotionless and have failed to stay committed to their promise . The staff(Ms. Namita )was rude and arrogant .The Operations team (Sharda , Debajit)have just not delivered as promised despite giving them more than enough transparency of the situation and sufficient notice. The quality of the assigned caregivers was substandard. I had informed Sneha and Debajit to inspect (quality check)the staff and then send . But they failed to do so. We once had a shabby caregiver with long hair, beard and untidy clothing. They aren't sensitive enough to realise that these caregivers are to be sent for patient care and appearance can be most Therapeutic in such situations. Last but the least, they fail in keep up consistency. Their replacement concept is a failure and they are In constant game of these, not realising the inconvenience and adaption issues caused o the patient and his/her families. I request the employees and management of Healkin to pay heal to our experience ,learn some lessons from the facts stated and pull up you socks to do some good on the Founder's intent of starting this place.
Excellent Staff ! Right from Sneha madam who took my call on a Sunday , guided me clearly and put me in touch with Sushma madam who gave immediate support without a minute delay and started sending attendents after quickly understanding the emergency. Next are the superb attendents she sent- Alok, Manajite and Rijyus , for my family they are God sent.Kudos to entire Healkin team ,Very professional at the same time caring and humane. We used the services from Healkin Home nursing caregivers . We had a very good experience , the team was very proactive and followed up until the caretaker reached our residence . Fathima D'Souza care taker was really good and took care of my mother with always a smile on her face . The Superior Sharda was very good and responsible and did a good job
