In our Gujarat Mamata Card issued to pregnant women by Asha Worker but they refuse to sign and stamping Mamta Card. They are totally uneducated that foreign Govt ask the same as proof when we shift there to get school admission for our child. Other wise they forced to take vaccine. I think Central Govt need to issue strict guidelines that no asha worker nor PHC can issue a Mamta Card (Vaccine proof) without Authority sign.
